1. Research use only
All products supplied by Euro Peptides are intended for laboratory research purposes only. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, diagnostic use, or any form of in-vivo application. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the product will be handled by qualified persons in an appropriate research setting.
2. Ordering
Orders are placed by email or WhatsApp. We will confirm availability, total price including postage, and payment instructions before any payment is taken. A quotation is not a contract; the sale is only accepted once we confirm receipt of payment and dispatch.
3. Payment
We accept bank transfer (GBP or EUR) and PayPal. Payment must be received in full before dispatch. PayPal invoices must be paid within 48 hours of issue or the order may be cancelled.
4. Shipping and risk
UK orders are sent for next working day delivery. European orders are sent signed-for and tracked. Risk in the product passes to you once the parcel is handed to the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues, but we will help you trace any delayed shipment.
5. Returns and refunds
Due to the nature of research peptides, opened or temperature-sensitive products cannot be returned unless faulty. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
6. Liability
Euro Peptides’ liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for any misuse, mishandling, or consequences arising from use contrary to the research-use-only label.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
