How your order reaches you, from the UK to anywhere in Europe.
United Kingdom
UK orders are dispatched from our UK facility. Any order paid and confirmed by midnight is dispatched the next working day guaranteed and delivered the following working day. You will receive a tracking link by email or WhatsApp once the parcel is on its way.
Europe
European orders are sent signed-for and tracked. Typical delivery times are 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and local customs processes. Remote or customs-held areas may take a few days longer. We will provide your tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves the UK.
Packaging
All kits are packed discreetly in plain outer packaging with adequate protection for the contents. Product labels and instructions are included inside the parcel.
Postage costs
Postage is calculated at checkout based on your country and the number of pens ordered. We will quote the exact total including postage before you pay.
Customs and import duties
Customers outside the UK are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country. We cannot predict these charges and they are not included in our postage quote.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking number shows no movement for 7 days, or if the parcel is marked delivered but not received, contact us immediately and we will open a trace with the carrier.
