FAQ
Questions we get asked most
Storage, handling, delivery, payment and lab testing — all in one place. If something isn't covered here, message us and we'll answer the same day.
- → How should I store the pens before use?
- Keep them refrigerated at 2–8°C, away from light and never frozen. Do not shake the cartridge. If a pen has been exposed to heat or frozen in transit, do not use it — message us instead.
- → How do I get a pen ready before dosing?
- Let it sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes, check the liquid is clear and particle-free, fit a new needle and prime until a small bead appears at the tip.
- → What comes in the kit?
- Each kit includes the pen, replacement cartridges, fresh needles and a printed instruction guide covering dosing and storage.
- → How long does delivery take?
- Orders paid and confirmed by midnight are dispatched the next working day, guaranteed. UK orders arrive the following working day. European orders are sent signed-for and tracked, typically 3–7 working days.
- → Is postage free on multiple pens?
- Yes. Any order of two or more pens ships with free postage, in any mix of Retatrutide and Tirzepatide. All pens travel together in one discreet parcel.
- → Can I pay in EUR or only GBP?
- Bank transfer details are available in both GBP and EUR. PayPal invoices can be paid in your local currency through PayPal's own conversion.
- → Is the pen ready to use out of the box?
- The pen is pre-filled and ready once it reaches room temperature and has been primed. Use a new needle for each dose and rotate sites.
- → What should I do with used needles?
- Place them straight into a sharps container or a puncture-proof household container. Never recap, reuse or put them in general waste.
- → How do I check the batch quality?
- Every batch of raw material is tested by an independent laboratory. Both certificates of analysis are linked from the lab results section on the home page, showing purity, content and batch ID.
- → What dosing schedule do the research protocols use?
- The dosing page sets out week-by-week titration tables for both compounds, plus how to convert milligrams into pen units.
- → Which compound should I choose?
- Tirzepatide is the established dual-pathway option at £185. Retatrutide adds a third pathway (glucagon) for a stronger metabolic effect at £220. Both ship on the same next-day terms.
- → Are more peptides coming?
- Yes — Semaglutide, Cagrilintide, BPC-157 and TB-500 are on the way. Message us and we'll tell you as soon as a specific compound lands.
